Recommendations

In support of the work by the U.S. House Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress on evidence-based lawmaking, The Governance Lab facilitated two online advisory sessions with 53 experts to identify recommendations and information about how Congress can source and use high-quality research and evidence to inform the lawmaking process. Distilled from over 100 proposals, this document presents five recommendations for Congress followed by three recommendations for universities.
